Delete Account and/or Data

Delete Account & All Data

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data or no longer have access to the app, send an email to info@rockwellmultimediacorp.com with the subject line "Delete Account Request" and include the email address associated with your account. Requests are processed within 7 days.

Delete Data

Users have the ability in-app to delete all their own data at will. This includes profiles, leagues and captures. Profiles are recoverable for 14 days, after which the profile is deleted permanently. Alternatively, if you'd like assistance, send an email to info@rockwellmultimediacorp.com with the subject line "Delete Data Request" and include the email address associated with your account along with the details of your deletion request.
